From the moment you walk into our office, you will experience exceptional service and a caring team of professionals. Each of us is dedicated to your safety, comfort, and convenience at every phase of your dental care.
Your first visit will be an opportunity for us to get to know you as a patient so that we can best understand your needs and goals. Dr. Poole believes in a comprehensive approach to dental care, which involves a thorough exam and diagnostics to create the ideal treatment plan for you.
If necessary, we will take an updated series of digital X-ray images. Dr. Poole will develop a custom treatment plan based on your needs and desires. Multiple treatment options may be available for your consideration. There will be time for Dr. Poole to discuss these with you and to answer any questions you have. Your appointment will conclude with our treatment planning and financial coordinators. They will help you to develop a plan for financing your dental care that works best for your schedule and fits your lifestyle.
Dental Emergencies Are Welcome
If you have a sudden dental problem that is causing discomfort, we will make every effort to see you the same day you call during our office hours. We will look at your problem, treat your symptoms, and help you plan for any definitive care you may need.
Financial Options Are Available
We offer several options of payment for your dental care to help you reach your goals. We are in-network providers for dental plans through Delta Premier Plans, Metlife, Cigna DPPO, and United Concordia. We file claims for all other dental benefit companies as a courtesy to our patients. We also offer flexible no-interest financing through CareCredit. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit card payments through MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. For more information about these options, please visit our links page.
We are family and kid-friendly!
As a family dental practice, one of our main goals is to provide your child with an easy and pleasant first dental experience. This will help to reinforce a positive view of dental care and their dental health that they will keep throughout life.
For your infant or toddler, we offer a complimentary “Meet and Greet” checkup. This is an opportunity for your child to have a fun, friendly visit with our staff, and for you as a parent to ask any questions regarding home care as your child’s primary teeth are developing.
We can start a regular schedule for cleanings and checkups for your child starting at age 3. We do offer nitrous oxide or “laughing gas” at our office to help your child relax if needed during dental procedures. Of course, some adults may have some anxiety regarding their own dental care, and they too may benefit from nitrous oxide analgesia during their treatment.
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications. Emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
